🕉️ Śloka-1
He svāminātha karuṇākara dīnabandho,
śrīpārvatīśa‑mukha‑paṅkaja padma‑bandho ।
śrīśādi‑devagaṇa‑pūjita pāda‑padma,
vallī‑sanātha mama dehi karāvalambam ॥

Meaning:
O Lord, ocean of compassion, friend of the helpless!
Your lotus feet are worshipped by the gods.
O consort of Valli, please give me your hand of support.

devarṣi-nārada-munīndra-sugīta-kīrte,vallī-sanātha mama dehi karāvalambam ॥ 2 ॥

Meaning: O Lord of all gods! Praised by the foremost deities, with beautiful and soft lotus-like feet adored even by Indra, whose fame is sweetly sung by sages like Nārada—O husband of Valli! Please give me your hand.

Nityānna-dāna-nirata-akhila-roga-hārin,tasmāt-pradāna-paripūrita-bhakta-kāma ।
śruty-āgama-praṇava-vācya-nija-svarūpa,vallī-sanātha mama dehi karāvalambam ॥ 3 ॥

Meaning: O Lord! Ever engaged in feeding the needy, destroyer of all diseases, fulfiller of devotees’ desires, whose true form is revealed in the Vedas, Āgamas, and the sacred syllable Om — O husband of Valli! Please extend your hand to help me.
– nityānna-dāna-nirata – Constantly engaged in food donation

– tasmāt-pradāna – Therefore supreme giver

Krauñcāsurendra-parikhaṇḍana-śakti-śūla,pāśādi-śastra-parimaṇḍita-divya-pāṇe ।
śrī-kuṇḍalīśa-dhṛta-tuṇḍa-śikhīndra-vāha,vallī-sanātha mama dehi karāvalambam ॥ 4 ॥

Meaning: O Lord who destroyed the mighty demon Krauñca, whose divine hands hold weapons like the śakti, trident, and noose! O one adorned with earrings and a peacock banner—O husband of Valli! Please grant me your helping hand.

Devādi-deva-ratha-maṇḍala-madhya-vedya,
devendra-pīṭha-nagaraṁ dṛḍha-cāpa-hastam ।śūraṁ nihatya-sura-koṭibhirīḍyamāna,
vallī-sanātha mama dehi karāvalambam ॥ 5 ॥

Meaning: O Lord known among the gods, standing in the middle of the divine chariot-circle, residing in the city seated on Indra’s throne, slayer of the demon Śūra, praised by crores of gods — O Valli’s consort! Kindly give me your hand.

Hārādi-ratna-maṇi-yukta-kirīṭa-hāra,
keyūra-kuṇḍala-lasat-kavacābhirāma ।he vīra tāraka-jayāmara-bṛnda-vandya,
vallī-sanātha mama dehi karāvalambam ॥ 6 ॥

Meaning: O brave one! Adorned with gem-studded crown and necklace, armlets, earrings and dazzling armor; victorious over the demon Tāraka, worshipped by hosts of immortals — O Valli’s Lord! Please give me your hand.

Pañcākṣarādi-manu-mantrita-gāṅga-toyaiḥ,
pañcāmṛtaiḥ pramuditendra-mukhair-munīndraiḥ ।paṭṭābhiṣikta-hari-yukta-parāsanātha,
vallī-sanātha mama dehi karāvalambam ॥ 7 ॥

Meaning: O Lord, consecrated by holy Ganga waters sanctified with mantras like Pañcākṣarī and Pañcāmṛta by delighted sages and Indra, seated on a throne with Vishnu — O Valli’s consort! Grant me your hand.

śrī-kārtikeya-karuṇāmṛta-pūrṇa-dṛṣṭyā,
kāmādi-roga-kaluṣīkṛta-duṣṭa-cittam ।
bhaktvā tu mām-avakala-adhara-kānti-kāntyā,
vallī-sanātha mama dehi karāvalambam ॥ 8 ॥

Meaning: O Kārtikeya! With your glance full of the nectar of compassion, purify my mind corrupted by desires and sins. With your charming smile, bless me—O Valli’s Lord! Kindly extend your hand to support me.

– kāmādi-roga-kaluṣīkṛta – Polluted by lust and other afflictions

– avakala-adhara-kānti-kāntyā – With the light of your gentle smile

📜 Phalaśruti
Subrahmaṇya-karāvalambaṁ puṇyaṁ ye paṭhanti dvijottamāḥ,
te sarve muktiṁ āyānti subrahmaṇya-prasādataḥ ।
subrahmaṇya-karāvalambam-idaṁ prātar-utthāya yaḥ paṭhet,
koṭi-janma-kṛtaṁ pāpaṁ tat-kṣaṇād eva naśyati ॥

Meaning: Those noble Brahmins who recite this sacred Subrahmaṇya Karāvalamba Stotram attain liberation by the grace of Subrahmaṇya. Reciting it in the early morning destroys sins accumulated over millions of births instantly.

– puṇyaṁ – Sacred, meritorious
– ye paṭhanti – Those who recite
– dvijottamāḥ – Noble Brahmins
– te sarve – All of them

– subrahmaṇya-prasādataḥ – By Subrahmaṇya’s grace
-subrahmaṇya-karāvalambam-idaṁ – This recitation
– prātar-utthāya – Rising early in the morning
– yaḥ paṭhet – Whoever recites
– koṭi-janma-kṛtaṁ pāpaṁ – Sins from millions of births
– tat-kṣaṇāt eva naśyati – Are instantly destroyed
